Please bring the following items when you come to one of our Members First Credit Union of Florida locations to open a Business Checking account:
Minimum Opening Deposit of $100
Valid drivers license
Valid business license
Taxpayer ID Number (either an Employee Identification Number [EIN] or a Social Security number [SSN] for a Sole Proprietorship)
Fictitious Name Filing Certificate (If applicable)
Corporation: Must be registered and active on sunbiz.org (Florida Division of Corporations)
Partnership: Partnership Agreement
Sole Proprietorship: Business/Occupational License and Fictitious Name Filing
Limited Liability Co.: Must be registered and active on sunbiz.org (Florida Division of Corporations)
Non Profit Organization: Minutes from the last business meeting noting the names of the authorized Trustees

Minimum opening deposit of $100.00 required. Share account required. If business has multiple owners, two officers must be present to authorize account opening. Membership eligibility required as defined in Credit Union by-laws. Free first box of checks limited to Members First standard logo checks.
