Important Information Regarding your Accounts with Members First Credit Union of Florida

These Terms and Conditions form MyCardCreation Visa Debit Card program for your Members First Credit Union of Florida custom image debit card are incorporated into your Membership & Account Agreement with Members First Credit Union of Florida. By submitting one or more images to be considered for use on your debit card, each cardholder ("you") agrees to the following Terms.

Terms & Conditions

By submitting any image to be considered for use on products that we allow to be customized/personalized by members, such as your Members First credit Union debit card, each cardholder ("you") agrees to the following Terms. Members First Credit Union of Florida reserves the right to add to or modify these Terms and to terminate the service of allowing custom image(s) to any of our products at any time, in the credit union's sole discretion.

You may not use images that contain any of the following:

1. Copyrighted material or other photographs not owned by you, including professional photographs taken by others.
2. Product brands and trademarked material.
3. Obscene or lewd material, harassing or discriminatory material, provocative material, or any other socially unacceptable material.
4. Currency or flags of any country or flags or symbols of any organization.
5. Phone numbers, web addresses, e-mail addresses, or other personal information.
6. Advertising.
7. Symbols of death, destruction, violence, or any other negative images that do not reflect positively on the credit union.
8. Celebrities and public figures, including sports, music, entertainment, and political figures.
9. Material that interferes or may interfere with the acceptance or security features of the card.

Further, Members First Credit Union of Florida does not allow these use of images, trademarked material, or product brands featured within an image that are or appear to be the property of someone other than the cardholder.  Images that may violate the law such as images of a sexual, destructive, or illegal nature, images containing harassing or offensive material such as profanity, ethnic slurs, racial epithets or containing anything that may be construed as disparaging based on race, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, religious or political beliefs, physical attributes, or any other classification protected by federal, state, or local law are also not allowed.  Images of high-profile individuals, images containing personal or proprietary information, images that do not portray the credit union in a positive light, and images that may interfere with the acceptance of the card or the card security features are not accepted.  In the terms and conditions for the debit card or any guidelines issued in connection with the card, the credit union reserves the right to reject any submitted image in its sole and absolute discretion.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Members First Credit Union of Florida and its directors, officers, employees, and contractors from and against any damages, costs, expenses, including court costs and attorney's fees, arising out of or related to your acts or omissions or any claim, action, or dispute, whether well grounded or baseless, that an image submitted by you violates the rights of any person or entity or applicable law.

The fee(s) associated with custom image services are as follows:
Debit Card: $7.99 each
