All Members First Branch Locations are now available for members coming from FSEFCU. Members coming from FSEFCU may also begin registering for Members First Internet Banking and Mobile Banking Services. Here's How.

More Branch Locations
As a Members First Credit Union member, you will have access to the branch on Garden Street and the 9 Mile Road. Once full data conversion is completed on May 3, 2021, you will have access to all branch locations in Escambia and Santa Rosa County, plus you can take advantage of the vast list of “Fee-Free” ATMs available to our members.
Youth Programs

New Online and Mobile Banking Features
Members First Credit Union of Florida offers the convenience of online banking, either from your computer or mobile device. We even provide you with the option to schedule your monthly bill payments using your Members First account. Visit our Online Services page for a list of electronic services available.
New Debit Card Functionality
Your new debit cards will be able to be used for online and phone purchases along with anywhere Visa is accepted worldwide.

If you have questions about the merger, please look over the following sections. If you have a question that is not answered below, please call our Member Information Call Center at (850) 434-2211. Our Call Center hours are Monday - Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. You can also stop by one of our branch locations during normal business hours.
What would the merger mean for my membership?
Anyone who was already a member of FSEFCU is now a member of Members First Credit Union of Florida.
Why did the board of FSEFCU Enter into a merger agreement with Members First?
The combined institution will be better equipped to meet the ever-changing banking needs of our members in product offerings and technological advancements, as well as help us to stay extremely competitive in the financial market.
Who is Members First Credit Union of Florida?
Members First Credit Union of Florida was founded in 1954 to served educators in Escambia county. The credit union later expanded its charter to be able to serve not only teachers and their families, but also anyone who lives, works, or attends school in Escambia, Santa Rosa, or Okaloosa County.
When was the Merger Official?
The merger is official on January 1, 2021.
How large will the combined credit union be?
The combined credit union now has nearly $300 million in assets and nearly 20,000 members.
Who will be the President/CEO?
The President/CEO of the credit union will remain Members First President/CEO Caryl A. Greene. Caryl has been part of the Members First Credit Union of Florida team for 35 years.
What will happen to the employees of FSEFCU?
All employees of FSEFCU are now employees of Members First Credit Union of Florida and will remain to serve our members' financial needs, so the same friendly faces will continue to greet you.
What will the combined credit union be called?
The combined credit union will be called Members First Credit Union of Florida.
What important dates should I note?
On May 1, 2021, your accounts and account balances will be transferred from the FSEFCU data system to Members First Credit Union of Florida data system. Between now and then, we will work diligently to ensure that the transition is as smooth as possible. More information will be forthcoming on the conversion.
Will my account number change?
Account numbers will not change. However, because Members First Credit Union of Florida has a different routing and transit number, you will receive new debit cards and need to adjust your automatic deposits/payments following the data conversion in May 2021.
Will my account balances continue to be insured?
Your accounts will continue to be federally insured through the National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund (NCUSIF), and backed by the NCUA, a U.S. Government Agency.
What changes can I expect related to my account(s) and services?
The merger guide contains important information regarding accounts and fee changes. In addition, we've highlighted some exciting new services you will be able to take advantage of now that you are part of the Members First Credit Union of Florida family.
How will I access eServices until the data conversion is complete?
Once the data conversion is complete in May 2021 the FSEFCU website, internet banking service, and mobile app will go away. At that time you will need to bookmark the Members First Credit Union of Florida website and download the Members First Credit Union of Florida app on your mobile device. Until the conversion is complete, you will continue to use the electronic services provided by FSEFCU.

Where can I get service?
FSEFCU members can get service at the following branch locations:
- Nine Mile Rd Branch - 1645 E Nine Mile Rd
- Garden St Branch - 251 W Garden St
Effective May 3, 2021, you can visit any of our six Members First Credit Union of Florida Branch locations.
How do I reach the Credit Union by phone?
- For information on your FSEFCU account, call (850) 474-1400
- Effective May 3, 2021, you will call Members First Credit Union of Florida at (850) 434-2211.
Is my account number going to change?
Your account number should remain the same. However, your account suffixes for each savings, checking, certificates, and loans will change to align with Members First Credit Union of Florida IDs.
Will I continue to get my statement every month?
If you have a checking account or any other account that has Reg E (electronic) transactions you will receive a monthly statement. If you only have a savings or no activity on your account, you will receive your statement quarterly.
Will I still receive notices in the mail?
Members First Credit Union of Florida does not mail NSF or overdraft notices. You can always access your account information online or with our mobile app. In addition, you can can setup your own notifications for things such as low balance, deposits received, etc.
What is the routing number to setup new deposits, etc.?
The routing number for Members First Credit Union of Florida is 263281624.
Can I still use my FSEFCU checks to write checks on my account?
We will continue to clear checks written on your account that have the FSEFCU logo and routing information. Once you use up your supply on hand, your new check order should have Members First Credit Union of Florida information and routing number. When you place your order by contacting the Credit Union, this will automatically get updated for you.
Are my fees going to change?
The fee schedules are similar but do vary in some instances. Go here to view or print the Members First Credit Union of Florida schedule of fees. FSEFCU account holders will also receive a packet in the mail with this and other important information about Members First.
Will I still be able to use my FSEFCU debit card?
You will receive a new Members First Credit Union of Florida debit card by mail prior to the data conversion. Effective May 3, 2021, you must activate and begin using your new debit card.
Will I still be able to use my FSEFCU credit card?
On May 17, 2021, your FSEFCU will be automatically transferred to your new Members First Credit Union of Florida credit card. You will receive a new Members First credit card prior to that date by mail so that there will be no interruption in use.
How will I access my account online?
Effective April 30, 2021, FSEFCU e-services will no longer be available. Beginning May 3rd, you may begin to access your account information at membersfirstfl.org. At your first account access, you will need to enroll for the Members First Internet Banking service.
Here's How:
- Enroll for Internet Banking from your regular PC, laptop, iPhone/iPad or Android phone/tablet.
- When you log in for the first time, you will need to use a temporary password or PIN.
- Your temporary password/PIN consists of two zeros (00), followed by the last four digits of the primary account holder’s social security number (for example, if the SSN of the primary account holder is "123-45-6789", you would use "6789"), and then the primary account holder’s two-digit birth month (for example, June would be “06”).
Temporary Password/PIN Example: 00678906
- Your temporary password/PIN consists of two zeros (00), followed by the last four digits of the primary account holder’s social security number (for example, if the SSN of the primary account holder is "123-45-6789", you would use "6789"), and then the primary account holder’s two-digit birth month (for example, June would be “06”).
- You will be prompted to create your own unique username and password during the enrollment and verification process.
How will I access my account on my mobile device?
To access your account on your mobile device, download the Members First Credit Union of Florida mobile app. Open the app store on your device and search for "Members First Credit Union of FL" and look for the red and blue circle logo. Once downloaded, click "Sign Up" at your first access.
Will my online bill payments still get paid?
Unfortunately, your bill payments will not transfer over from your FSEFCU online account. We will be sending reminders prior to the data conversion to help you prepare setup of your new Members First Credit Union of Florida internet bill pay once data conversion is complete. We will also have employees in our Member Information Contact Center ready to assist you if needed. We know you will love the ease and convenience of using our bill pay system. Most payments are generated electronically and post within two (2) business days of the scheduled payment date.
